Requirements

• Coordinating resource to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation and in the absence of the Colleague Manager
• Leading the fill operation, coaching colleagues on one best way and driving productivity
• Allocating resources effectively for a quick payment experience
• Ensuring clean, safe and well-presented store
• Supporting colleague managers, sharing observations, and assisting with shop opening/closing
• Responsible for being a key holder and answering call outs
• Supporting store operations, including vehicle receipts, temperature controls, and compliance.
