Job Description
This shift Lead role is for Blackrock, a retail operation, focused on the fill operation (filling the store). The lead will coordinate resources, coach colleagues, drive productivity, and ensure a clean, safe, and well-presented store. The role involves coordinating with multiple colleagues and potentially supporting nearby stores.
