Post Sale Legal Assistant

Post Sale Legal Assistant job entails managing all administrative tasks associated with processing foreclosure files after the foreclosure sale, providing overflow support to the title departments and mediation department, and coordinating with other legal assistants and attorneys in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Requirements

• Drafting, preparing, and formatting memoranda, correspondence, title claims and various other documents.
• Researching lienholders and ordering lien searches.
• Fielding calls from former owners, attorneys, junior lienholders, HOAs, and other outside parties in a courteous and effective manner.
• Ensuring timely, courteous, and thorough responses to email correspondence.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Reviewing title exams and researching court dockets.
• Proper handling of conveyance documents and tasks.
• Providing overflow assistants to the title department and mediation department as needed, on a daily basis.
• Providing support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed.
