Job Description
The role of the Legal Assistant is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all foreclosure related billing, payoffs, reinstatements and fees and costs quotes. The ideal candidate will possess payoff/reinstatement and foreclosure experience.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- At least one year of work experience in a Foreclosure Firm
- Knowledge of foreclosure fees, payoffs and reinstatements is a plus
