Rock Energy Cooperative is seeking an HR Manager to oversee human resources programs and projects, including staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, labor relations, safety, and employee evaluation and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related field
- Three to five years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a union environment
- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn cooperative software
- General knowledge of employment law
- General knowledge of HRIS
