Administrative Assistant

Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to office operations.

Requirements

• Manage the administration of new job folders in electronic format
• Assist with new customer set-up
• Generate customer invoices, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare, monitor and manage purchase orders
• Set up and manage paper and electronic filing systems
• Compile, summarize and record information
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving required
