Student Success Coordinator, Physician Assistant Program

The Student Success Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Assessments to promote student success with a strong focus on student outcomes and timely remediation. The coordinator will support the Director in collecting, organizing, validating, and evaluating student data, performing meaningful interpretation, and identifying areas of needed improvement, student deficiencies, and program success in compliance with accreditation requirements.

Requirements

• Provide academic instruction and evaluate student performance as assigned
• Support the alignment between what is expected and taught according to the accreditation requirements
• Identify students who do not meet the PA program requirements and assist in the implementation and progress monitoring of appropriate remediation processes
