Job Description
The Operations Officer will assist the Head of Operations in processing orders and ensuring seamless operational processes from order placement to delivery and after-sales service.
Requirements
- Send order instructions and follow up on orders.
- Conduct order reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct stock meetings with the team.
- Request replenishments and follow up on orders until production is completed and delivered to the store.
- Request quotes and send order requests to the Production Team.
- Follow up on orders until delivery to customers.
- Work with the Production Team to investigate and resolve quality issues.
- Follow up on payments and process refunds as required.
