Job Description
Coordinate shipping line bookings, create and prepare shipping documents, and collaborate with teams to optimize logistics processes. Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with specific experience supporting shipping line bookings and documentation.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, with the ability to input and retrieve data efficiently.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
