Accounts Receivable Specialist

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full accounts receivable cycle, including processing source documents, posting and reconciling payments, managing aging reports, and supporting key accounting functions.

Requirements

• 3 + years of accounts receivable or accounting experience in a healthcare industry
• Strong systems aptitude and prior experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience in complex reconciliations, including analyzing large data sets across multiple platforms/systems, identifying variances, and resolving discrepancies with a high level of accuracy
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues independently
• Proficiency in performing calculations, verifications, data entry, and postings
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work both autonomously and in a collaborative environment
• Positive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to efficiency and continuous improvement
