Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, community management, or influencer/advocacy programs
• Experience managing large communities, complex digital initiatives, or multi-market activations
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent, and high-engagement audiences
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities
