Requirements

• 10+ years in integrated marketing or advertising, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong experience across CPG categories; beverage experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead large, multifaceted accounts spanning digital, social, content, traditional, experiential, and shopper/retail.
• Demonstrated success growing client relationships and unlocking new opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing cross-functional teams.
• Confidence in budget management, timeline planning, and resource coordination.
