Clinical Director

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy, a leading provider of therapy for children with autism and learning disabilities in North Carolina and Virginia, is seeking a Clinical Director to lead operations at one of their clinic locations. The Clinical Director will ensure high-quality services, coach and mentor clinical staff, monitor client progress, and serve as a point of contact for clinical concerns.

Requirements

• BCBA Certified for a minimum of three years
• Previous experience in a staff leadership position
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Experience using electronic medical record applications
• Experience with Microsoft Office and/or equivalent G-suite applications
