Clinical Director

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Clinical Director to lead operations at one of their clinic locations in North Carolina and Virginia. The role involves ensuring high-quality services, coaching clinical staff (BCBAs, RBT Trainers, and RBTs), monitoring client progress, serving as a point of contact for clinical concerns, and contributing to hiring and retention efforts. The Clinical Director will also maintain a program management caseload and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• BCBA Certified for a minimum of three years
• Previous experience in a staff leadership position
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Experience using electronic medical record applications
• Experience using Microsoft Office and/or equivalent G-suite applications
