Job Description
Morrison Child and Family Services is seeking a Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager to oversee implementation and compliance with the Interim Final Rule on youth Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment standards from the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). The role involves creating and facilitating trainings, reviewing reports, coordinating with HR, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations. The agency is committed to Trauma-Informed Care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields.
- At least one year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, or quality assurance or compliance.
- Attained age 21 years or older before first day of employment in position (ORR).
