Job Description
As a Lead Software Development Engineer, you will lead the engineering efforts driving our Marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across these platforms. You will train and mentor team members, identify and resolve impediments, and oversee the integrity of software estimations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years experience in Software Engineering with deep experience in software integration and workflow automation
- Expert-level skills in Java, Python, and SQL
- Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and related technologies
- Experience with containerization technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and DevOps principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and scalability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
