Job Description

The role requires excellent customer focus and empathy, and the candidate should be able to navigate insurance carriers and healthcare providers. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or insurance adjuster preferred
- Negotiating skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent computer skills
- 35+ wpm typing speed
