Job Description
Morgan & Morgan is seeking a highly organized Case Manager to assist attorneys in resolving insurance claims and settlements. The role involves daily interaction with clients, insurance carriers, and healthcare providers, maintaining organized case files, and ensuring smooth communication between team members. This position focuses on customer-centric service and empathy for both legal and personal clients.
Requirements
- Daily interaction with existing and potential clients.
- Order medical records from providers.
- Negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers.
- Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission.
- Maintain organized case files.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
