Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first and second-level support for users, systems, and equipment on-site. You will be responsible for fixing hardware and software issues, keeping networks healthy, and ensuring IT policies are followed. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT, Systems, Networks, or similar, and at least 2 years of experience in technical support.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Systems, Networks, or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support
- Intermediate to advanced English for global IT communication
- Hands-on experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge (switches, routers, VLANs)
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
- Organized, proactive, and good at prioritizing
