Job Description
We're looking for an On-site Technical Support Technician to provide direct support to users, ensuring the correct functioning of equipment and technological services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field (completed or in progress)
- Previous experience in technical support or related areas
- Knowledge of networks, operating systems, and Office software
- Basic level of technical English
- Availability to work 100% on-site
- Strict punctuality (preferably arriving 15 minutes before entry time)
- Service attitude, initiative, and communication skills
- Participation in relevant technological projects
