Requirements
- Inventory control and update of IT equipment
- Labeling, documentation, and tracking of equipment movements, withdrawals, and assignments
- Local and on-site technical support to user hardware
- Preparation and documentation for equipment shipments and receptions at KN locations in Mexico
- Packaging, collection of signatures, and documentation of equipment retirements or transfers
- Assembly, connectivity testing, equipment setup, and physical movements of IT equipment
- Report collection, technical reports, and on-site assistance
- Participation in installation, testing, and preventive/corrective maintenance projects
- Basic support to KN clients' infrastructure
- Equipment tracking and reception from suppliers
