Chief Technology & Product Officer – Telaris

We're hiring a Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) to lead our ERP platform, drive innovation, and shape the next chapter of our growth journey.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior product and/or technology leadership roles within SaaS or ERP
• Proven track record in scaling platforms, product innovation, and market expansion
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, with eligibility to work in Norway
• Strong understanding of SaaS models, ERP workflows, cloud architectures, agile methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
