Chief Technology Officer

Minno is a global media and technology company focused on inspiring faith and inspiring families through its streaming platform, original programming, publishing, and digital presence. They are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the modernization and architecture of their technology ecosystem, driving growth and maintaining a solid platform for future expansion. The role requires a hands-on leader with experience in platform architecture, vendor management, and data analytics.

Requirements

• Proven technology leadership in DTC streaming media or subscription consumer tech
• Track record in platform architecture and multi-vendor systems integration
• Strong vendor management skills with measurable performance improvements
• Expertise in data architecture, governance, and analytics enablement
• Demonstrated ability to support marketing funnels and product UX with technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative leadership style
• Strong alignment with Minno’s Christian mission and audience
• Preferred: Experience with multi-format content delivery and third-party distribution integrations
• Preferred: Familiarity with COPPA compliance and children’s media regulations
• Preferred: AI/ML applications for personalization or operational efficiency
