Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership
- Proven experience from a startup and scale up journey, with a track record of building and scaling during rapid growth
- Strong passion for sales and deep understanding of the full sales cycle
- Track record of coaching and developing high performing, multi market sales teams
- Experience across both mid market and enterprise segments
- Strong operational discipline, forecasting, KPIs, CRM excellence
- Strategic mindset combined with hands on execution ability
- Exceptional communication and coaching skills
- Comfortable operating across cultures and European markets
- Fluent in English and a Nordic language
