Lead growth and marketing for a European Pay Equity SaaS leader, refine and execute a clear marketing strategy aligned with Pihr's European expansion and long-term growth ambitions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience within B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of scaling marketing functions and building high-performing, data-driven teams
- Hands on experience from demand generation, marketing automation, lead-to-deal processes, and digital marketing across European markets
- Experience implementing structured marketing processes, attribution models, and KPI frameworks
- Strong commercial mindset and close collaboration with complex B2B sales organizations
- Experience from regulated environments (HR tech, fintech, regtech, or compliance-driven SaaS is a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Swedish
- Ability to work regularly from the Stockholm HQ
