Job Description
The Associate Director of Global Office Operations oversees the efficient operation of company offices globally and manages the performance and coordination of the Executive Assistant (EA) and office operations team.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement global processes
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a global, multicultural mindset
