Job Description
The Will Call Loader plays a key role in supporting customer fulfillment and inventory accuracy within the lumber yard. This cross-trained position is responsible for executing will-call orders, assisting with product handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cashiering, warehouse operations, or customer service preferred. Experience in the lumber and building materials industry is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with LBM products and basic lumber cutting techniques.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, saws, and other equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (>70 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying conditions.
