Job Description
The Delivery Load Builder is responsible for accurately preparing and staging customer orders for delivery, ensuring all materials are properly selected, secured, and ready for transport. This role plays a critical part in supporting delivery operations by maintaining product integrity, following safety protocols, and coordinating with the yard and warehouse teams.
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse, yard, or delivery operations preferred
- Experience in the lumber and building materials industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with LBM products and material-handling equipment
- Forklift certification preferred
