Road Service Technician - Experienced

Monroe Tractor is a well-known and respected construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer seeking an experienced Road Service Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will have mechanical expertise and provide technical service to equipment, read job orders, and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Road Technician
• Prior experience with heavy construction or agricultural equipment strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely and independently lift and transport equipment and parts weighing 50–75 pounds
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and diagnostic tools
