Road Diesel Technician - Experienced

Monroe Tractor is a well-known and respected construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer with over 70 years of experience. We are seeking an experienced Road Diesel Technician to provide technical service to equipment and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Road Technician
• Prior experience with heavy construction or agricultural equipment strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely and independently lift and transport equipment and parts weighing 50–75 pounds
