Job Description
The Parts Director is an experienced professional in the heavy equipment industry. The Director will develop annual objectives, reduce costs, drive profitability, and promote commonality in the Monroe Tractors parts departments.
Requirements
- Understanding of supply chain management
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum 5 years of Heavy Equipment dealership experience
