Parts Manager

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our parts department as a Parts Manager for our John Deere lineup for agricultural equipment. As a Parts Manager, you will be pivotal in the branch leadership team, implementing and executing Brandt's Parts processes and procedures, and ensuring employees are thoroughly knowledgeable of, and adhering to, Parts processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a parts leadership role or as a parts technician
• Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to operational excellence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Collaborative mindset with the capability to motivate and mentor team members
• Familiarity with parts management in a busy shop environment, preferably within agriculture or related industries
