Job Description
MongoDB is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with key stakeholders, manage a portfolio of customers, and contribute to the growth of their platform. This role requires a customer-centric approach, technical aptitude, and the ability to act autonomously. It also involves leading strategic initiatives and building a strong Customer Success program.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar roles
- Passion for advocating on behalf of customers
- Ability to act with high autonomy
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive process improvement
- Strong business acumen and ability to create/teach best practices
