Job Description
The Accounting Coordinator for Caricam will be a key member of our Finance team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance with accounting standards for the Central America and Caribbean region. This role extends beyond mere record-keeping, seeking to challenge the business, identify financial risks, and propose continuous improvements to optimize our processes and guide business figures with integrity and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in SAP system
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
- Desirable knowledge and experience with financial consolidation systems such as HFM
- Familiarity with general tax principles
- Proficiency in digital tools for analysis and process improvement
- English: B1/B2 level (Intermediate) for effective communication in a global environment
