Job Description
Join Mondelēz International as an Accounting & External Reporting Manager to develop and implement accounting practices and procedures, and oversee the management of processes such as fixed assets, leases, and joint ventures. This role may also include people management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in accounting and external reporting, including understanding of U.S. GAAP, IFRS or local GAAP, close processes, and financial reporting systems
- Business acumen and an understanding of Mondelēz International's business and finance beyond accounting and external reporting scope
- Leadership skills, including proven business partnering and communication skills, and experience of working as a finance leader managing cross-functional and business partner teams
- Growth/digital mindset and the ability to identify strategic opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Integrity and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with Mondelēz International's values and policies and external regulations
