Senior Customer Service Representative

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma with Customer Service Experience
• At least 3 years of proven experience in customer service
• Master in SAP (SD module)
• Fluent English + Second EUR language
• Significant customer relations experience in complex international environments
• Ability to handle multiple requests and demands on time
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
