Job Description
Molton Brown is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead their Cannock store. The role involves supporting the Store Manager, developing a high-performing team, and driving sales and business profit through inspirational motivation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
- Experience within the fragrance and beauty retail environment is desirable
- Excellent communicator
- Engaging and successful leader
