Job Description
Molton Brown is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager with a passion for luxury to lead its Bridgend store. The role will support the Store Manager in developing a highly effective team and driving business success through inspirational motivation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
- Experience within the fragrance and beauty retail environment is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Engaging and successful leadership
- Proven commercial acumen
- Customer-centric approach
- Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements
