They are looking for an M&A Project Manager to lead group-level Mergers & Acquisitions projects, with a focus on acquisition and divestiture targets, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics (preferably in Corporate Finance)
- Post-gradual qualification (e.g. CFA or ACCA) is an advantage
- min. 5-10 years of relevant M&A experience
- Capability of handling multinational projects and teams simultaneously
- High level of financial and valuation expertise
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
