Job Description
MOL Group is looking for an M&A Project Manager to lead group-level Mergers & Acquisitions projects, including identifying acquisition and divestiture targets, coordinating project teams, and negotiating transactions. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Economics, 5-10 years of M&A experience, and excellent financial and communication skills.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics
- Post-gradual qualification (e.g. CFA or ACCA)
- 5-10 years of relevant M&A experience
- Capability of handling multinational projects and teams simultaneously
- High level of financial and valuation expertise
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
