Job Description
Mohawk Industries is seeking a 'leaders of tomorrow' to join their Leadership Development Program. This rotational program provides 18 months of professional development and rotation through different functional areas, offering insights into the business and preparing participants for future leadership roles. The role is in the Flooring North America IT team and will rotate through Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Information Systems, Human Resources, and Sustainability.
Requirements
- Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in applicable field.
- Excellent academic record with strong GPA (minimum 2.7).
- 0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred).
- Experience in Manufacturing (a plus)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Permanent work authorization in the United States.
