Job Description
Mohawk Industries is seeking a Product Development Associate to join their leadership development program. This program will rotate them through different business units within the Residential Product team, focusing on gaining valuable skills and exposure to the company's operations. They emphasize a collaborative, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment.
Requirements
- Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
- Excellent academic record with strong GPA (minimum 2.7)
- 0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills, SAP skills, Market & Portfolio Management, and PowerBI skills
- Permanent work authorization in the United States
