We're looking for an Account Manager to support our top-tier customers and Account Directors, and play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and long-term strategic growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in account management, customer success, or operations in AdTech, SaaS, or marketing services
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and building insights
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-first approach — balancing responsiveness with proactive problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify complex data for customers
