Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project accounting or financial management
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
