Technical Lead

Tech Lead (Solvers) - Intent-Driven Cross-Chain Execution is seeking a professional and results-oriented individual to lead the development of a core infrastructure powering cross-chain interactions. The role involves designing, building, and guiding a Solver network focusing on intent-driven liquidity, AI, and financial applications. It's a hands-on leadership position requiring expertise in distributed systems, blockchain fundamentals, and innovative economic models.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a tech or engineering leadership role.
• Systems Expertise: Deep expertise in distributed systems, high-performance networking, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Blockchain Foundation: Strong familiarity with smart contracts, on-chain execution frameworks, or cryptoeconomics.
• Core Languages: Fluency in Typescript and Go is a must (experience in Rust is a plus).
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead globally distributed engineering teams.
• Abstracting Complexity: Strong ability to break down complex organizational and technical challenges and drive them to resolution.
