Technical Lead

MLabs is seeking a Tech Lead to architect and guide the development of their core infrastructure, solving intent-driven liquidity layers for autonomous systems. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing the solver network to enhance performance, reliability, and sustainability. The team leverages AI, cryptography, and decentralized finance to redefine how intelligent agents interact on blockchain networks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in a tech or engineering leadership role
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, high-performance networking, or large-scale infrastructure
• Fluency in Typescript and Go
• Strong familiarity with smart contracts, on-chain execution frameworks, or cryptoeconomics
• Proven ability to lead globally distributed engineering teams
• Strong ability to break down complex challenges and drive them to resolution
• Comfort in ambiguity
