Technical Lead

Tech Lead (Solvers) is seeking a highly professional and results-oriented individual to architect and lead the development of the Solver network, a core infrastructure powering cross-chain execution intents. This role involves hands-on engineering design, performance optimization, and building the next generation of intention-driven liquidity layers. The team collaborates with product, research, and ecosystem partners to align their capabilities with the roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a tech or engineering leadership role.
• Systems Expertise: Deep expertise in distributed systems, high-performance networking, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Blockchain Foundation: Strong familiarity with smart contracts, on-chain execution frameworks, or cryptoeconomics.
• Core Languages: Fluency in Typescript and Go is a must (experience in Rust is a plus).
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead globally distributed engineering teams.
• Abstracting Complexity: Strong ability to break down complex organizational and technical challenges and drive them to resolution.
• Mindset: Comfort in ambiguity – you move fast, take ownership, and delight in solving hard problems.
