Commercial Counsel

We are hiring a Commercial Counsel to own and drive all contract-related legal matters for our blockchain wallet infrastructure platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a hands-on, critical role in supporting our international growth while ensuring compliance within the fintech and crypto regulatory landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in commercial or contracts law, preferably in an in-house setting.
• Admitted to practice law in France, the EU, or the US (multi-jurisdictional expertise is a strong plus).
• Strong track record drafting and negotiating complex B2B commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with contracts specific to SaaS, fintech, or blockchain sectors is preferred.
• Pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance speed, risk, and core business priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
