Join a stellar team of leaders and experts building the backbone of blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. We are hiring a Commercial Counsel to own and drive all contract-related legal matters for our platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in commercial or contracts law, preferably in an in-house setting.
- Admittance: Admitted to practice law in France, the EU, or the US (multi-jurisdictional expertise is a strong plus).
- Strong negotiation skills and track record drafting and negotiating complex B2B commercial agreements.
- Familiarity with contracts specific to SaaS, fintech, or blockchain sectors is preferred.
- Pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance speed, risk, and core business priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
