Job Description

As a senior AI Engineer, you will take up a tech lead role on a per-project basis, leading your more junior colleagues in both the technical and client-facing aspects of a project. Your work will directly deliver value to our clients and contribute to positive change.
Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience with Machine Learning and software development, with proficiency in Python and Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- A proven ability to lead technical projects and guide fellow engineers with a coaching mindset.
- A degree in computer science or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a talent for explaining complex technical ideas to clients and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, structured way.
- Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems.
